Hi Herm and fellow WINS Warriors!

I just sold some CPQ bear trap puts at a nice profit. Only a week ago I thought I was going to take a small hit, as some of them were October 22.5's. But today I was able to sell those and some January 20's at a profit. I started with 100 shares of CPQ in October 97 at 67 1/4. ( Obviously I had not found this forum to learn not to buy at the top of the cycle!) Since then it has split 2 for 1 and my nut is down to $24.20. Thanks Herm and all for sharing your knowledge. I may have unloaded them a bit to early, but a nice profit was there and I took it. If I am reading the chart correctly, it should be due to turn around soon. Any opinions would be appreciated.
TNSI has been the only thorn in my side. Just does not want to take a dive, so it looks like my October 17.5's are not going to amount to anything. That is the only play I have made so far, utilizing WINS, that has not panned out.
Good Trades to all.....Jim

Herm, CIV was the topic for CCing awhile back. IMO, it looks like now might be the time. I don't own the stock, so was thinking of buying slightly ITM puts. say 25s or if I can, slightly OTM 22 1/2s. The RSI is above 80, and the price is starting down from the top band. Very heavy volume, like the bulls and bears were fighting it out. How do you interpret the fundamentals right now? Think it's a good play? Thanks

Johndee

Good time to 'sell to close' any OCT 35 TECD puts.
