Jonathan, yes it is time to move on to a discussion of the technology merits now that the financials are understood. I have some work underway in that regard. The S3 can be simply summed up as follows:

The company has the right to sell shares to the investor at an 8% discount to market subject to a floor price. Almost like calling your broker and saying "sell 100 MSFT limit $95" where the broker will then sell the shares at the market price IF the market price is $95 or more and charge you an 8% commission for making the trade, the broker may or may not keep the shares for his own account.
