I understand that the company's sales force getaway for those that met their quotas for year-end was last weekend. Salesmen we very upbeat about 99 business and management admitted that the potential of a Realtime sale was possible. The company has hired an investment banker to explore this option. My sales friend says that management thinks that the $100 million price tag is not out of reason. With tax loss, as others have said that gives you more than the stock price in cash and VOD.
