i'm still here with ya irvinesully. i believe the spinoffs are a good thing. the reverse (call it what you like - it's still a reverse) stinks. but as i recall, even hk boner was satisfied with Adhatters management. so first announcement from an independent AdHatters and our skepticism is being tested. i'm willing to give them an opportunity to succeed or fail on their own merits. but then, i've been known to do that! regards. gary
