New competition!!! Try to guess the first weekday in which no lawsuit is filed against ALA. Offer void if this occurs after January 1, 2000.

I have never seen so many lawsuits filed against a company. Many have suits against them, but the frequency in this case makes all others seem insignificant, by comparison.

We seem to be basing here. ALA holding up better than most, at last.

Walter, is that the fund rule...end of October? Sure seems the sellers are getting tired. We know that Fidelity already reduced it's stake by 50%...bet most funds may have already unloaded. In fact, the reverse may apply if new players want to load up while it's cheap. I feel the larger concerns are Global economies (I thought I read tonight that Italy may be running into trouble), potentially Clinton i mpeachment, and this lawsuit. IMO, the lawsuit has real substance and may result in a large settlement unless the company has some valid explanation. Anxious to get it behind us.
