Bob and All, some interesting stuff - Sun MicroJava 701 has 4,160,000 transistors is 67 mm2 in silicon area,will not operate on low power such as battery power and is 100-MHz -------- PSC1000 has approx. 150,000 transistors, .35micron is 19 mm2 in silicon area, will operate on low power and is 150MHz - don't know the price on MicroJava but feel sure it's well above $10 - G
