What will be the impact on CMND and other offshore solution providers
now that Congress killed the bill to relax immigration restrictions
on technical talent? Y2K companies with pools of talent in
India, Israel and other countries should be in more demand than ever,
if the US-only companies can't take on more work because of a shortage
of skills. Anyone have other opinions?
