I do, Alys, but apparently the market is not too hip on the stock right now!!

We're presently trading at 3/4 and I can't help feeling a bit nervous. I think the recent comments about Lym-1 are interesting: Why has there been no info about Lym-1 lately?

Is it to be expected given the length of the trial or is there something else?

Clint

A note I sent Jack Gaddy. He asked me to paste it here:

Subject: Letter to Dr Patel.

Jack, Good letter. I agree. I can hardly believe how bitter, nasty and
unpleasant so many people following Techniclone are. I suppose it is to
do with life and death and their money. Hot topics for anyone.

Techniclone should concentrate on the clinical actions and keeping
management tight. Repricing options seemed dodgy and if Dr Patel had a
choice between pushing more clinical work or writing some paper for the San
Francisco meeting, I'm happy he went with the clinical work.

As I've said before, get the clinical side right and Techniclone will be
able to ask for bids from major networks for an exclusive on the results.
No need for a Rubenstein or cunning press releases.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Also, now that Techniclone is trading around 75 cents, I have to say I'm glad there wasn't a reverse split at the higher level, otherwise it would be easy to blame the drop on a reverse split.

I think a lot of people are being pasted in the markets, they are suffering margin calls and forced sales, they have sold out of some positions, probably risky stocks such as biotechs in general and Techniclone in particular. Techniclone shareholders are subject to emotional highs and lows due to their relationship with cancer and money is closely linked to people's emotions because it represents their ability to live, so they get elated and demoralized. It is not so easy to be thrilled or dismayed by the success or failure of Coca Cola's new softdrink dispensing technology = it's only a financial return in most stocks.

Techniclone shareholders have bought at a wide range of prices and volatility is built in. The post-Entremed hype is still being crunched out of people. Some of whom will just assume they made a bad investment and sell out at a large loss, without really understanding Techniclone's prospects.

Techniclone has good prospects.

Tumor Necrosis Therapy, even if it doesn't cure gliomas, will do a very good job of extending people's lives in a desirable way. That is all any of us can hope for as we are all terminal. The safety aspects of TNT seem proven well enough - radiation is harmful to brains, but the damage is less than the benefit, so the FDA will eventually approve it. It will also be successful in imaging if not treating other tumors with necrotic cores.

Oncolym might or might not compete well with Bexxar, Y2B8 and new treatments as a single treatment, but it has some good prospects, especially since lymphoma cells are not clones to the extent that all cancer cells are identical in one person. So a range of concurrent or sequential treatments will be appropriate = CHOP plus Bexxar, plus Oncolymn, plus Rituxan, plus TNT, plus my old favourite, cod liver oil in somewhat toxic doses, plus whatever else might favour good cells and damage bad ones.

The 10 reasons for a reverse split remain true. But now we are in delisting territory, the issue is more pressing. Maybe the people having to sell will be gone soon and the price will revert to over $1 or TNT will be recognized as highly valuable, but it seems risky to me to depend on it.

Still not a shareholder,
Maurice
