Hi Grant

I agree that a major isn't the ticket to the big one,but...I don't think that DBL coulda done in on their own(especially in todays markets). Like I said before a little piece of something big would be alot better than a big piece of nothing(If you can't afford the exploration costs).

Looks like someone was dumping a little stock today(all sales were from Midland)still over .40 though.

I heard Falconbridge were up north last week and met with the Inuvialuit. Apparently all went well and looks like everybody's satisfied with the deal.

Also heard that tomorrow it's back to Ottawa to tackle the park boundary issue and that Falconbridge were sending some people to put a little pressure. (especially now that all these diamonds are being found up north)

Things are slow and even the prospectus for the new issue seems to be taking time(I've heard a least another two weeks), so in the meantime it's just sit and wait time(not to mention bring in the firewood before the snow time) and lets hope things happen sooner than later.

Take Care

Will

Hi Grant

I heard that DBL is being watched very closely in Europe and that once the new offering is done we should see a lot of action on this one!

Rumour has it that some very big investors are taking a position on DBL (due to the Falconbridge involvement)

As strange as it may sound the current market may actually be working in favour for DBL as some investors are looking for speculative risks that have a good story behind them. (there is no doubt that there is a little bit of mystery and intrigue in this property)
Good PR and press could move this puppy and make some people a fair chunk of change before a drill ever punches a hole in the ground!

The next month or so should be interesting!

Take care

Will
