No, not familiar with that one. I'll take a look if I get a chance though. Thanks for the heads up.

Salut,

PS - Commonwealth is looking to complete this well, still this week.

Here is the current release. The company is hoping to have the flow rates next week. The delay came into play as a result of the unexpected oil presence. They obviously have sufficient oil to pay attn to it, but I have no indications as to what type of volume to expect.

The other 2 zones, the Duffer and Ellenburger, although both uneconomic, in "this" well did have reasonable showings. They will have to be drilled at other locations, but in both cases the zones were penetrated by this drilling at the outer edges of the structures, so the company is actually quite happy with what they encountered.

MEDIA RELEASE

Commonwealth is pleased to announce that the completion of the Camp
Colorado Warren #1 well is in progress in the Marble Falls zone. After
treating the formation and recovering fluids from the treatment, there is a definite inflow of oil with the gas in the zone. The well has been shut in while surface equipment is being installed to facilitate a production test. We will announce these results when the well has stabilized.

As reported earlier, the Chapman wells produced natural gas only. So far our test indicates both oil and natural gas in the Marble Falls zone. The distance between the test well and the Chapman Property is more than two miles. Commonwealth holds more than 1,200 acres in this block. The aerial extent of production will be determined by future wells drilled between this test well and the Chapman wells.

Both the Duffer and Ellenburger zones were tested and although oil and gas shows were encountered in these zones, Commonwealth determined them to be non-commercial in this well. However, future wells will be drilled to these targets.

For further information, please contact Bob Stewart or Doug Wolters
(Investor Relations) at 1-800-950-2587.

Hello all, I just spoke with Doug over at Commonwealth and was informed that they had to re-frac the well. He told me that there is some sort of a restriction on at the moment, that forces the company to have to re-apply, for one-day-at-a-time permits, to get the rig out to complete the well. He was unable to provide a solid ETA. I wish I had a more concrete update, but??

Hello, I have some clarification as to what was going on with the delays on the completion of the well.

The single day permit scenario, was not quite that. A clause in the company's lease agreement stated that they were not to bring any rigs onto the property during White-tail deer hunting season. Given that they started the well back in Sept., the company did NOT expect that to be an issue, however as they started testing the multiple zones they were not complete be the start of the season. They have been waiting for day when there were no hunters contracted to be on the property and that day is TODAY.

The service rig is on-site to complete the frac. That brings me to my next issue, which is the suggestion that this was a re-frac. That was inaccurate information. This is the first frac and should be completed today, with flow rates then to be announced shortly.

I also got some additional information regarding the property itself. The well we are currently dealing with has a 9% porosity, the porosity is one of factors that effects flow rates. A good flow rate from this well, would potentially run in the 200-300 thousand range with an income level of about $600 per day if the 300,000 is achieved. This well is at the south periphery of the formation and from other known wells, the porosity rises (known wells are in the 14% range) as you move North, which should increase the flow rate for some of the subsequent wells.

That's all for now.

Salut,
Leigh McBain

I have confirmation that the Frac was completed, they are currently pumping the frac fluid back out and expect to have production flow rates by approx. tuesday of next week. It was good to hear that they were and the service rig work had been completed, which was what had been holding things up.
