Perhaps I am wrong, as I am often, but I still anticipate a secondary offering from them to allow them to go into production fullscale. When this happens, the price could fall significantly. This would represent the buying op I have been waiting on. Better yet, they may offer warrents to purchase the stock at a set price over a long period of time to sweeten the deal. That could be a great deal if the terms are right.
