Luc, I don't believe you can short stocks under a buck or on a down tick. Also, I noticed in the Toronto Rag (oops) I mean Star that IPV (i.e. Rod Graham -Terry's brother?) is still adding headcount (mechanical engineers). I was under the impression a few weeks back that they were cutting costs through headcount reduction. To be fair, maybe the cutting was in SG&A? Anyhow, I haven't been following the company too closely lately but any updates/news from the Annual Meeting would be appreciated. John
