re: delisting...this is a post from another board.
<<NASDAQ amended listing requirements last summer. A company must have $2mm net tangible assets OR $35mm market cap. OR $500K net income. Additionally, the stock must maintain a bid price of $1. NASDAQ may, in theory, begin delisting procedings when the bid drops and stays below $1 for 10 consecutive trading days.

Other criteria are a minimum of 2 active market makers, 300 shareholders, $1mm in the public float, and a few lesser criteria that I don't recall off the top of my head.>>
