Hello Friends,

I did, in fact, speak to the company yesterday. I don't want to mislead anyone and the company doesn't either. I refrained from saying anything specific because I didn't want to lose the chance to talk to the company in the future. But needless to say, I asked about the Canon Canada OE situation to see if it was still alive. I was told absolutely and that there were a few specifics that slowed down the deal but they were almost all worked out. I was told that it is not a done deal yet but they are extremely excited and very optimistic that it will be shortly. The company person was careful not to hype the deal in any way and I only brought it up because they released a press release about it which I thought was unusual to do prior to a closed deal. But it is still very probable that any day now this company is getting the deal and this will put them in the majors if and when it happens. The other things I alluded to were in reference to the Europe shows they attended. Although obviously, the company has not announced any deals yet, I, and this is just my opinion, got the impression yesterday that they are very happy about how the shows went and were in fact getting a lot of new business. Hope this clears the air concerning my last post.

Gary

Hi Make Money, Thanks for your comments. I had so few responses from last February that I ignored the site for some time. I think that like all sites everyone gets pumped up when the stock is running and the thread gets "cold" when nothing is happening. Like most "real" businesses, it takes time for a company to implement their business plan and YARC is carrying on with the business of building the business as opposed to hyping the stock in the market. The potential of the OEM deal with Canon will be a significant development if and when it is consumated. I think we have a number of interested parties following the developments as they unfold and there are those of us who are longer term investors along with the inevitable short term traders. YARC is a real deal which will eventually be recognized as such, but with the short term "traders" will be subjected to the volatile ups and downs of guys who trade for the pennies. I will comment on developments as I see them unfold, and as you say, lets keep all informed on this site. Regards, Kaiser....
