Moosie, just for fun, I decided to look for how many references I could find for "Louis International" on the web. I only found one -- a post from this board.

<<<< March 13 /.... Louis International's European call re-origination services and international long distance services. Terms of the agreement commit Louis International to bring $1 Million per month or more in traffic to Digitcom's U.S. telephone switching facility within 90 days of signing .>>>>

Apparently, the "agreement" wasn't ever signed, or else that $1 million per month would be rolling in already, right?

No web hits... it doesn't seem that Louis International is pushing too hard to build its "European call re-origination services and international long distance services", does it?

Not even a web page for this growing European telecom company? Even DGIV has that.

If anyone finds the Louis International web page, let me know.

Note to Brian: Microsoft will acquire DGIV tomorrow in a one-for-one stock swap. It's a done deal. I don't know how anyone could doubt it.
