James, Joe M,

Simple question for me and some of the new investors here.

At less than $.90 per share why would any savvy potential suitor considering the purchase of DCI at $10 (or more) per share not just make a hostile offer of $3.00 (or less) right now? That figure would put most here at a rather nice profit...and likely get a favored shareholder majority.

The full market cap right now is only 18.1 million. This is hardly a high number if it would assure one control of a company worth in the triple digit millions. What am I not seeing here?

Thanks to both of you (and Brad) for all your gracious posts and time you've put into this for all of us.

Onward,

George

Holy mackerel, that was a big bite, although it smacks of MM swapping. Anyone have a read on those 12,500?
