Hi Andrew,

I appreciate you taking the time to talk to Mark. I'm glad that Mark has finally decided to respond to inquiries about the deal by simply saying "no comment".

I guess the next person who calls Mark should ask why they felt the need to raise $3M in cash (enough to operate for 9 months) at shareholder expense if the deal with Texaco could be any day now.
