Why do I see some smaller semiconductor companies selling for less than the dollars per share they have in the bank? I know guys in the biz, and though things are certainly not going to overheat, they are doing just fine. But with a float of 8 mil and 18mil in cash and several new parts coming out, wouldn't that be a bargain--at least in the Peter Lynch sense?

Oh, its so tempting....but I'm a bear now. What's a lonely bear to do?
