Maxam was operating on what they believe the laws at the time. The BLM changed their rules and the local BLM office misinterpreted the rules. Maxam is working closely with the BLM to avoid further misunderstandings. <<sometimes you really disappoint me>> Sorry Tim, I'm an investor, not an insider.
