Ed,

<<An official statement would be something to the effect that a highly qualified shareholder with a metallurgical background is contributing his services to GPGI in regard to mill operation. >>

An official statement might also be something to the effect: : Insurance salesman from Canada now manages Arizona PGM operation in his spare time.

Tim

Ed, don't you understand that requiring a shareholder to straighten out the operation shouts "the operation is screwed up!"? That doesn't make for the best PR that management is in control. Fire the management? OK by me.

Ed,

When you were in the Army, did you listen to the "Barracks Lawyers", or did you seek better advice?

Scientists make bad lawyers!(J.R. Smith, circa 1998)

Researchers and Doctors (most) also make poor administrators, for they are always right and refuse to listen to reason! (J.R. smith, circa 1998).

Kids are stupid because they disagree with their parents (Arkansas Jack, Anno 1998)

As I sit here with my new discount computer and listen to Segovia (sorry Zeev) I begin to think that technology is a pretty good thing(when it works). In my expansive mood, I even include the worlds greatest crook (Bill Gates). His new OS has not treated me too bad. No, technology is not too bad!

Why is the mining industry still in the 19th century? Will there be progress which is true and not a "Canadian Scam"?

Tough call!! Let me assure you that any progress will be viewed initially with great suspicion!!

I will not in the immediate future talk too much about GPGI, for I am tired of the situation and the dialogue.

It is time for me to stop pontificating and make some profit in these markets, and they are rife with possibilities. Just something that I have to do right now.

I will be concentrating on that, and I will check here from time to time to see who is here and what goes on.

I wish to leave several thoughts for you:

I mentioned some time ago that U.S. Bonds were desirable, well watch for a decline there! U.S. Dollar is due a rebound, just not yet! Gold has been up, but perhaps due a decline. U.S. Stock market--Still sell the rallies. The world need food and basics. Those are due a rebound in spades! Oil is a little overpriced here and watch for a decline in the immediate futre. The reality of the "Bear Market" will soon take hold and there will be great exceptions as the "sector market grasp" takes effect. Biotech is the thing to watch along with communications, select drugs and electronics (very carefully).

This will be a time of great discovery in the midst of great trouble and decline. Great things will be done in this time of decline and there will be great "grasping of hollow straws while the elusive progress goes undetected".

I must remind that I did not say go out and buy with no regard to dilligence and discretion!

I am a poor man who lives like a king, thanks to technology and choosing the right country and the right area for me.

No excuses, Jack!!

Best to you all!!

Ed, thanks for clarifying that McKay is not actually part of the company, other than an interested shareholder. I was concerned about this. IMO it may be constructive for McKay to look over Jensen's shoulder and offer advice, but I would have a problem with Jensen relying on a "volunteer" to carry out essential functions. You should too, imo.
