Thanks for posting the Harvey White interview transcript. He is a very bright and thoughtful man. The comment he made about increasing teledensity essential for increasing gnp and prosperity in developing countries has been a cornerstone of the Q philosophy and indeed been born out in fact and deed. During previous recessions, telecommunications use in developing nations has continued to increase and was often the only bright spot in otherwise gloomy economies.
