I don't think Bell Atlantic offers that deal here. Last year, before connecting to the company, I used a local ISP for a 2 channel connection. The speed is roughly the same (but the price is much better now!). The ISP's and their subscribers have got it pretty good here (White Plains, NY) because several major networks maintain p-o-p's in town. 'nuf said - better get back to our regularly scheduled programming. Good luck JR
