US Banks Raise Business Loan Terms

Commercial banks, investment banks and other lenders are charging more for borrowing and imposing tougher loan terms, lending experts say.

The trend, if it continues, could lead to lower corporate spending on capital improvements and lower employment growth, economists and bankers say.
