Lawyers are not the bastions of the English language. There is way too much weight given to lawyers on this thread. The DD I am interested in are contracts. Everything else is hot air rising, only to disapate in misunderstanding. Do people here on this thread really think that JC would give up control(ie Stock Price) and the pants of the company to some tyrannical mouth piece.
I bought this stock for the vision and what that vision could do for communication in the world. Turning that vision into the nuts and bolts of dollars is something to behold. JC is doing business. In my business, I am employed when I develope relationships. I am unemployed when I do not have any. Those relationships are the keys to open this company to the world. The process to the dotted line is never straight.

Good Morning Tri, my very good friend!!

First, don't get mad at this note. I disagree with you that nothing is wrong with DGIV. I find several things wrong.

1. People within the company let there enthusiasim(sp) show through when they talked to investors. They said things that were meant one way but taken another. " Mr. Chin is in country XYZ signing a contract." When what they meant was "Mr. Chin is in country XYZ trying to sign a contract."

2. They tried to stay too close to investors.

3. They hired the wrong IR firm to help there cause.

4. Etc, Etc, Etc......

Is there anything wrong with the company fundamentally, NO, there you are right. Is the company a total scam, NO, again your right. Is anything wrong with Mr. Chins business plan, definately not. It is so simple that it boggles the mind no one has done it before. Like the first person to throw a pie plate and invented the frizby. So simple, yet such a money maker. Still to this day one of the most popular toys on the market. So you see there are things wrong, just not anything to stop "MY" hopes for the future.

Have a great day, and BTW, I think I have most of the bugs worked out with "98". Doesn't help with all of the lost information, but does give me a new beginning.
