One thing to keep in mind is that a Form 10-K requires audited financials. The audited financials must be no older than 90 days (I think) at the date of filing....it is called stale financials. So it is possible that they are not only completing the 10-K, but also going through a full blown audit at the same time. I am still waiting on the sidelines until there is a clear path forward.
