Apparently, the company has decided to provide the court information to just a select few...is that a violation? Interesting response to my question of when we can expect to see the "real" court papers. One would think that if they were so favorable to AZNT's case they would rush to get them up for public viewing. This is, after all, the company that put out a press release announcing they had registered with Standard & Poor ( #reply-5795403 ). Yet the company is strangely silent.
