I think all you have to do is say somewhere (in small print) that you are being compensated for 'promoting' the company. I ran into the same problem with the questionable practices of www.wallstreetwest.com, who i believed to be like an 'undervalued dog' type of service. yes, it was a 'Momentum Play'. BUY at the open of .032, and sell at the day's high of .06. if ya stuck $500,000.00 in it, you'd have done quite well. Volume seems to be rather high....... gamblers i am sure.....
