There are no existing liabilities associated with LPS. The only formality is the official cancellation of those shares.

While I have no position at present, separation of the company into two components is the best approach for now. It, together with the restricting of shares for a time, functions as a tourniquet to stop the bleeding in share price and permits each entity to grow on their own.

Paul - your post about CSMA "hosing" and separation of assets is provocative. (Judging by the responses of others, very provocative.) Like many other csma "old timers" - I'm just a bit shellshocked by the entire ordeal. And if what you prognosticate comes true, it'll be an interesting end to an increasingly interesting story.
