EA, your post sent me to look into the 10Qs. Looks like the total number of shares outstanding is 7.18M (not the 6.2M listed in the 2Q report). In 2Q, they sell 1.9M share that raised the cash (30M) in the balance sheet now. The 6.2M is weighted average outstanding shares. Yahoo caculated the cash value to be 4.16 per share. P/B = 0.7, P/S = 0.45. P/Cash should be around 1.12 based on today's closing price of $4.688. Still looking and wonder if this is a good buy. Any thoughts? manwah
