DoJ problems? Would be shocked as hell. Besides, DoJ has enough problems with MSFT as it is. And we are not dealing with DOT, ala airlines. Think DoJ was going to bother Bertie's own online shop for vertical integration and transfer pricing? Even less of an issue with the "joint venture."

Although, I'm sure there are many amazon.nuts that will grasp at this thought for awhile. And this is after they had an orgasm a few weeks ago that Bertie might do a similar deal with AMZN. Go figure .....
