DOJ my arse.

just saw this on yahoo's amzn thread:

B&N will get huge discounts on the books, cd's, videos, etc. Game, set, match. Much the same way that Blockbuster dominates the video rental business due in large part to the fact that it is owned by Viacom. (a content company, dontchya know)

AMZN gets no such discounts. They can no longer compete. Period.

There goes the AMZN business plan. My guess is now they will have to go begging to a Time Warner or similar.
And, you think TW will pay 100 times sales for this sinking relic of the good old pioneering days of the net?

Bezos may make out. You?

That sizzling sound you hear is your ass burning on the spit.

Uh oh, read this article! Amazon is toast!

biz.yahoo.com

The B&N story is the front page piece on CNNfn. I think people are going to notice.

I hereby predict Scamzon.con will fall 45 points tomorrow. Anyone else care to place your speculations? :)
