Hi Cobalt,

No I didn't say they were below book value--in fact they are, though. I said that they had more CASH per share than the stock price. That is, the float is 8 mil, but they have 18 mil in cash and no debt.

Yeah, I guess I outta buy it....and might indeed...cept the MARKET is saying: "Psst, hey Cobalt, over here......give us a spin...we may be outta bidness soon...we may spend all that cash for not'in....you could buy us though...savvy..."
