Perhaps Paul or Yousef would be better than I to answer this one but my understanding is that Intel has several derivatives of their processes. I think they are really now at .21u or .20u target poly gate CD on their fastest "dot" process. Yousef posted several days ago that they were running at .22u +/- .02u and I have received independent confirmation that this is virtually exactly where at least 2 of their fabs are actually running. I am convinced Yousef knows what he is talking about and he should be considered a more reliable source than I on this matter.
