Not just processor WIP but think of the chipset business as well. Currently the Celeron runs on a 66mhz bus, that means a 440LX or one of it's derivatives. 350 and above would mean a 100mhz bus and that means a 440BX or also one of it's derivatives. The 440LX and 440BX run on different processes so think of all the scheduling problems....
