I think a 366 will not cut it.

They need Celeron 400's to counter the K6's.

Otherwise AMD ships 2.0M 350,380,400's with an average ASP of $150. This should raise overall ASP's to 120-130 range or close to 600M in K6 revenues.

Intel are not dumb. They just conned by Jerry on the speed grades.

Why does DUMB Intel make over a Billion Dollars in profit EVERY QUARTER whereas AMD has lost money in 4 of the past 5 quarters and made ONE PENNY in the fifth ?

If Intel is dumb, do you know what that makes AMD ?
