They did a reverse split (40-1) in Oct 97, and they say in their Oct 1-2, 98 PRs that they intend to do so again this Oct. ... Only 18,000 shares traded today, are you sure that isn't what happened? Their acquisition was paid for with 34+ million common shares, and 12 millon warrents, so existing dilution was pretty high, given that they show only 1.2 or 2.7 million shares issued (their financial data tables are a little confusing). Their new acquisition's principles would have had enough votes to approve the RS if that is the case. -Tony
