I'd agree with you that those are the two choices. However, as much as I like TC2000, QP2 does a better job of converting data to Metastock format. Until TC2000 does a direct to MS conversion, QP2 is the better choice for use in conjunction with Metastock.

In all other respects, I prefer TC2000 and many programs can read TC data (version 3 or 4) directly. Not trying to start a debate here, 'cause I know many like QP2's scanning capability better.

QP Questions:

How much per month?
What time can one download today's data?

I'm using Telescan for data at present, $29.95 per month. Download of today's data seems to start at around 3:30 Eastern Time.
