Market weakness plus traders bailing since nothing happened right away after the Oct 01 release date of LU.ASND management will wait till all the traders are out and the key players are in.

That this stock is falling very rapidly. I hate to say this, but I think we will be in 20s by the end of the week. It seems really cheap. When will this mess end?
