doug at last i've read something with common sense.i issued a warning in an earlier post.but i didn't have the ambition to dig out the facts. i will state that there are a lot of good people on this site.and i am not quite the vituperative curmudgeon that you people think i am SUNSET

I told johnboy to keep to what he knows for sure, and not go with unconfirmed rumours on a public forum. I missed most of his posts but saw enough to suspect that is what brought on your big post. I have heard things about Rene as well but sure wouldn't post anything based on the little that I have heard. Like I always say 10k's, 10q's, 8k's, official releases and announcements, and to that I guess I should add SEC and other public records, are about all that we can go by. By the way, PaulD got back to me and says he will post his identity on RB so I guess he won't mind me saying here that his last name is Denton. No Douglas, he's not Paul D. Enright if that is what you were thinking. PaulD is in Switzerland I believe, and yesterday he did a wire transfer contribution to the CIMA FUND for Steve and Bill's trip. <I do indeed possess more info and wish to keep to myself> Hell Doug, post it all. Doug if you have the time, and you have the contacts, why not go over the last 8k in detail for us. I'd sure like someone to explain to me the reasons for that last line in it: <The Company disclaims any obligation to update any forward-looking statement herein.> Also you said: <SR people continue to spread these rumors to you guys> Note that I for one have never been told a GE rumor directly by any SR person. Any talk, of any kind, between me and anyone associated with SR has been strictly SR and TRIP talk.
