In Q3, revenues were $15.2 million (US) up 149% from $6.1 million (US) for Q3 of 1997.

I agree with you that the company should buy back shares. It would be the best use of cash - far more useful than a dividend. At a trailing P/E under 10, and a forward P/E that will be much lower if the company hits earnings of about $1.60 for the year (my conservative forecast), a share buyback will deliver very good bang for the buck. It should also help provide some buying support under the share price.
