cover your shorts, this stock is going to go back up. the portfolios are fine. the management is excellent. this is set up as a reit and as such it pays out its earnings in divds. at this level it pays around 14%. p.s. the ceo just took position of $3mil woth at around 19 just afew weeks ago. s+p just uped the rating on these guys 3 weeks ago. fitch only put them on watch (along with 10 others in this area) fitch analysts are a bunch of idiots anyways and put the groups on watch to cover there ass in case something may happen.. in at 8 and this baby is great.
