Thanks for posting that url. From the looks of it, fntn won't be listed for some time. The $4 minimum bid price for initial listing is simply out of reach at this time. It would require an 8 for 1 reverse split, at which point it is questionable whether they would have the necessary public float (either shares or market value) for initial listing. I don't know what their met tangible assets are, since none of the press releases on finances shows a balance sheet and they did not, as we know, become fully reporting in the second quarter as they had promised in a 1997 press release. (Nor, I expect, will they generate the $15 million sales in 1998 they had projected.) We do know they aren't close to the $750,000 net income or $50 million market cap necessary for listing.

So the promises and promising future remain just that for now -- promises. Either you believe, or you don't.
