In any merger/takeover I hope Ascend barters for a minimum buyout value. I had Bay also and did OK until NT tanked. Now my shares are even lower than when I originally bought the Bay.(which was a nice price).

So they should ask for a deal like MCI got from World com

I think what is screwing up negotiations is the fact that Mory won't take less than $70 a
share. After earnings are released, it might be justified.


Let's be patient. If waiting a few weeks will give us another $10/share, then I'm all for it.

I agree with this. And, he might be holding out for more than 70. I really don't think he puts a lot of weight on what the "market and investors" value ASND at. HE has valued the company, and that's what he wants, or he isn't selling.
