Fair enough, however I was under the impression that "Cease & Desist" orders are hand delivered and a signature is required.

"Their notice was in their mailbox before I got mine" Do you get a mailing from the AZDEQ every time they sent out a NOV? How do you know that they only "pick up their mail once a week"??? Who do you know in that office who gets you in on this kind of info?? Is Laser your relative??
