Informission contract with Convertix Corp.

Informission Group Signs Major Contract Revenues To
Exceed $ 4 Million

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Informission Group Inc., announced today the
signing of a contract with Convertix Corporation. This contract
has a minimum revenue stream of $4 million, but could result in
revenues up to $8 million. Most of the conversion process will be
completed at Informission's Excellence Center in Canada. This
contract permits Convertix to market Informission Group's
RECYC-ENTERPRISE(TM) software solutions and Excellence Center
services to its clients.

Convertix is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Circuit International
Corporation (CIC) engaging in system re-engineering. The
corporation focuses on IT services in the financial and
governmental sectors. Convertix intends to market Informission's
solutions to its clients in Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, China,
Indonesia, Philippines, North and South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia
and Singapore.

"Informission Group has demonstrated high-quality work and
excellent service in numerous Year 2000 conversion projects for
its clients," said Terry Chang, Principal, Technical and Client
Services at Convertix Corporation. "The RECYC2000(TM) solution,
part of the RECYC-ENTERPRISE(TM) suite of tools is flexible enough
to handle the idiosyncrasies of our Asian-Pacific market. "This
makes our choice to partner with Informission Group quite
obvious."

"This new partnership reinforces Informission's continued effort
to expand its business internationally," stated Informission Group
CEO-President Jacques Topping, whose company has 17 strategic
partners in 9 countries. "There is a significant demand
internationally for a highly-automated solution such as ours.
This contract marks the first in a series of conversion and
migration projects for Informission in the Asian Pacific market."

RECYC-ENTERPRISE(TM) is Informission Group's flagship product for
legacy system modernization. It includes several modules:

- RECYC2000(TM), a leading solution addressing the Year 2000
conversion problem;

- RECYC2000-AUDIT(TM), created for companies who wish to ensure
their conversion work is Year-2000 compliant;

- RECYC-EURO(TM), designed to address the transition to a single
European currency;

- RECYC-ASSIST(TM), a new tool which helps renovate and test
applications in Year-2000, Euro, or other projects requiring major
changes to applications; and

- RECYC-WEB OBJECT FACTORY(TM), a software product oriented
towards modernizing legacy systems and enabling faster and
smoother transitions to Web-based applications.

providing proprietary re-engineering and telecommunication
software as well as system integration solutions. Informission
Group reported revenues of $19.5 million for the nine month period
ending August 31, 1998 compared to $8.3 million for the same
period a year ago. This continuing growth in revenues was
accompanied by an increase in net earnings of 343 percent to $2.7
million compared to $0.6 million last year. Earnings per share,
meanwhile, more than tripled to $0.24 compared to $0.07.
