Informission contract with Convertix Corp. OCTOBER 7, 1998 Informission Group Signs Major Contract Revenues To Exceed $ 4 Million MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Informission Group Inc., announced today the signing of a contract with Convertix Corporation. This contract has a minimum revenue stream of $4 million, but could result in revenues up to $8 million. Most of the conversion process will be completed at Informission's Excellence Center in Canada. This contract permits Convertix to market Informission Group's RECYC-ENTERPRISE(TM) software solutions and Excellence Center services to its clients. Convertix is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Circuit International Corporation (CIC) engaging in system re-engineering. The corporation focuses on IT services in the financial and governmental sectors. Convertix intends to market Informission's solutions to its clients in Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Philippines, North and South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.
