Zack,

Great post!!

The only class action lawsuit that I would find prudent, is the one we start against anyone that started one against the company. The president has been set in the courts to get the real names of posters and to hold them accountable for the harm they do to companies and investors without proof. I for one would give my last penny (that is about all I have left), towards this endeaver if it comes about, just to get "ONE" person who is trashing this company for there own reasons.

very well put, Zack.
DGIV is a young company with a CEO who is trying to fulfill his vision of building a global IP telephony company by partnering with foreign telcos. The bulk of this work has only been done since March/April-basically about 6 months or so. A lot has been done that has not yet shown up on the bottom line (meeting the right people, making the right "connections"; yes, even signing MOUs which open the way for contract negotiations!).

Yes, the price went way up and now is way down; however, a lot of this volatility was due to unrealistic expectations and now, disappointments when these expectations have not yet been met.As long-term investors, we have to give this company the time needed to grow.A lot of the "leg work" has been done in many countries as parts of the larger picture; once the first major contract is signed, the following ones would be easier and should come at a faster clip.
DGIV goal is ambitious, indeed, and time is definitely needed to fulfill this "global" idea.As I said, a lot has been done in 6 months; a little bit of patience at this point could go a long way.

From a practical perspective, the downside at this point is much lower than the upside, IMO. Anyway, look at the rest of the market (dow/nasdaq). Can anyone say FOR SURE that putting his/her money in a particular company at this time would GUARANTEE a higher share price, at least in the near term, given the volatility of the market presently?

FWIW, I am sticking with DGIV and am willing to give Jimmy Chin the time needed to complete the work he has done these past several months.

Nice post, Zack. You're not in this boat alone by a long shot. For every "naysayer" there are numerous others just like you (and me), holding on and believeing.

I hope that the information you were given by Roger will soon be released for all to see.

Have a great day!

E!

Zack Lyon,you are so right.

Let them talk them self's in to a loss.and make that big mistake
of selling because of misinformed basher's .The only thing that has taken place here is that the company delayed the sb10, beside's that nothing else.and the company never said in any news release that
it had signed contracts only agreement's that is all, partner ship's yes.
where has this company lied to anyone no where.
