How would that work for what I am trying to do? My goals are:
1) hold or add to CPQ position over time
2) reduce basis with no tax impact, or pick up the equivalent $ as if I had the lower basis, again for a long term holding
3) take the eventual return as long term cap gains, or make enough more to have the equivalent net gain.

Any advice appreciated -
