Hi Mark, Always a pleasure to talk with you, I hope your scenario does not play out. I also feel the pressure is now clearly on J/L to show us good numbers so the new issue will be sold out. If that happens the parent co will also move up. We still own 40% of FL after all, plus other venues as a hedge. I don't understand all the negatives about this deal. Perhaps Kim needs to really clearify the last press release to us. My understanding is that this was truely a way to try to make all of us happy with our investment of FL and still go forward with a hedge against a failure of FL. if that should happen and have a way to keep FL. funded without as much dilution as we have suffered in the past. Let's give it a chance...... soxan
