"The Winds of Change", thx Frank! I really liked your statement that sums it up for me:

"There's a lot of fear among legislators in Washington and the state capitals of saying or doing the wrong thing at this time"

So maybe they,(legislators and such), along with the FCC-Gang might take a "rumble-seat" approach and get completely out of the driving vehicle, and back behind it all.

Back in the rumble-seat so that when others speak, ( suggesting changes), the auto is already driving fast enough now that the wind-noise doesn't allow them, the FCC_Legislators to hear a thing.

What?, can't hear you......allowing the nature of telecommunications to take its course.

Like you said, I think silence here speaks future progress at an expedited fashion. ggg
