"When the market does bottom, WinStar is going to be one hell of a buy." Yes, and if you'll as I asked, and let us know when it's here...I'll be waiting with my finger on the Buy button. You know how the surfers yell "Surf's up!" when the waves are coming in? Maybe you could yell "Bottoms up!" when it arrives. Of course, some people might get the wrong impression.
